Born in New Jersey, Dave was raised on a steady diet of sci-fi, fantasy, and comic books, bringing those elements to everything he tattoos. After attending The Kubert School of Art, he pursued a long career as a freelance illustrator and graphic designer, but always saw tattoo artists putting out cooler and more interesting work than anyone working on paper or digital mediums. His interest in tattooing led to an apprenticeship under Grant Lubbock at Red Baron Ink and got his new career as a tattoo artist started. Learning from Grant, Dave has become a versatile artist who's eager to throw down some more comic book styled tattoos in order to solidify his place as one of the greats.
